In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), this page describes the methods of processing personal data of users who visit the website www.creativejam.it and/or www.creativejamgames.com (hereinafter referred to as "the site"). This information does not concern other websites, pages or online services that can be accessed via hyperlinks possibly published on the site.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These data include IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses on the site, private messages sent by users to social media profiles/pages, as well as the completion and submission of any forms on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Cookies and other tracking systems
The site does not use cookies to profile users. The only processing carried out concerns the production of statistics, with anonymous data, on the navigation of the site.

Processing of data through social media platforms
For the processing of data collected on CJ's pages and profiles on social media, please refer to the information published by the managers of the respective platforms. Any data provided through such platforms are processed by CJ exclusively to manage interaction with users (comments, public posts, etc.).

Visitors to the site have the right to obtain from CJ, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 and onwards of the Regulation), subject to a specific request to be sent to CJ via email at the address rpd@creativejam.it
Visitors who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through the site violates the rules of the regulation have the right to file a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate judicial action (Article 79).
