  1. (hereinafter also referred to as "the website") is a web portal containing information about the activities of the company Creative Jam S.r.l. (tax code 16776281004; PEC:; hereinafter also referred to as "CJ"), headquartered in Rome (00147) at via Tuscolana no. 942, which is the owner.
  2. CJ offers visitors from all over the world free and unrestricted access to the website, without the need for registration, in compliance with these general terms of use.

Unless otherwise specified, all images, photographs, graphics, logos, and texts on the website, as well as its general layout and source code, are exclusively owned by CJ, also for the purposes of the applicable industrial property and copyright law. CJ is willing - where possible - to amicably and extrajudicially settle disputes, and therefore invites any complaints to be sent to the email address

  11. If the website contains links to external websites and/or resources managed by third parties, CJ rejects any liability for any damage that may be caused by such websites and third parties.
