  1. www.creativejam.it (hereinafter also referred to as "the website") is a web portal containing information about the activities of the company Creative Jam S.r.l. (tax code 16776281004; PEC: creativejam@pec.it; hereinafter also referred to as "CJ"), headquartered in Rome (00147) at via Tuscolana no. 942, which is the owner.
  2. CJ offers visitors from all over the world free and unrestricted access to the website, without the need for registration, in compliance with these general terms of use.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, all images, photographs, graphics, logos, and texts on the website, as well as its general layout and source code, are exclusively owned by CJ, also for the purposes of the applicable industrial property and copyright law. Any total or partial reproduction of the website is prohibited without the explicit written consent or license of CJ.
  4. Visitors are prohibited from any improper and/or commercial use of the website that involves payment by third parties or that limits its availability to other visitors or third parties; among the prohibited improper uses are (exemplary and not exhaustive): tampering, alteration, and reverse engineering of the website or the services offered therein, transposition of the website's contents onto other websites or databases (electronic or paper) without prior authorization from CJ. CJ cannot be held responsible for damages caused to third parties by any prohibited use of the website.
  5. Anyone who has reason to believe that their rights have been infringed due to content on the website is invited to contact CJ at the email address legal@creativejam.it, explaining and justifying their requests; CJ reserves the right to remove content reported by third parties where it deems their claims to be justified, without prejudice for claims about any further damage.
  6. CJ reserves the right to remove content from the website if it deems it appropriate or necessary for reasons of force majeure or by order of the authority, without owing anything to anyone who believes they have been harmed by such removal.
  7. Requests for services, purchases, and consultations from CJ must be made outside the website, by contacting them directly at the contact details indicated on the website or, alternatively, at the email address info@creativejam.it.
  8. Any disputes arising in relation to the website's content and navigation on the website will be governed by Italian law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial authorities of the district of the Rome Court, in accordance with the distribution provided by the Italian Civil Procedure Code. CJ is willing - where possible - to amicably and extrajudicially settle disputes, and therefore invites any complaints to be sent to the email address legal@creativejam.it.
  9. Any modification of these general terms of use by CJ will be effective from the moment of publication on the website.
  10. The online visibility of the website may not always be guaranteed: in such cases, CJ shall not be held liable for any alleged damages claimed by visitors or third parties due to force majeure, orders of the authority, fortuitous events, tampering by third parties, nor for any damages caused by improper use of the website and its services, or contrary to these general terms of use.
  11. If the website contains links to external websites and/or resources managed by third parties, CJ rejects any liability for any damage that may be caused by such websites and third parties.
  12. If one or more clauses of these general terms should fail, the others will stillĀ beĀ applicable.
